Who we are
Afriglobal Resources Limited (“Afriglobal”) is a private limited company incorporated in Tanzania on 1 July 2025. The Company provides technical support, equipment, funding and management to gold mining operations, with its flagship operation in the Chunya District of the Mbeya Region.
The Company is privately owned by its two directors. It has no corporate parent and no nominee arrangements.

Gold is our documented centre of gravity — Chunya, Kilindi, Manga and Mapele. The same technical-support, plant-development and EPC capability is available for licensed mineral operations across Tanzania. Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers mining project development, EPC, design, site supervision, project management and processing plant development, delivered by a specialist Board and project team.
TIC Certificate of Incentives
The Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), now the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA), granted Afriglobal Certificate of Incentives No. 2025103132 on 17 October 2025 for a mineral processing plant at Kasakalawe, Chunya. The implementation period runs from 17 October 2025 to 16 October 2028.
TISEZA was formed in 2025 from the merger of TIC and the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) under the Investment and Special Economic Zones Act, 2025. Certificates of incentives issued under the previous law remain valid in accordance with their terms under the Act’s transitional provisions (section 51).

Our principles
- Evidence first. We report what is documented. Planned items are labelled as planned. Resource figures will be reported only under an internationally recognised code.
- Compliance. We operate under the Mining Act (Cap. 123) and the authorisations of the Mining Commission, with environmental and safety approvals tracked in an approvals register.
- Safety and environment. A trained HSE officer, OSHA workplace registration and a NEMC-registered environmental audit of the existing operation.
- Partnership. Fair arrangements with licence holders, and a corporate social responsibility (CSR) plan agreed with Chunya District Council.
Risk management
- Documented rights. Each licence interest is held under a written agreement; licences remain registered to their holders.
- Board approval. Material agreements are approved by the Board; for example, the Technical Support Agreement was approved on 14 November 2025.
- Independent Competent Person. Terms of Reference are prepared for an independent Competent Person to verify ore and stockpiles, oversee metallurgical testwork and prepare a compliant Mineral Resource estimate.
- Health and safety. An HSE officer with OSHA NOSHC training; OSHA workplace registration; a shaft rescue and emergency plan; monthly HSE reviews.
- Related parties. Continental Consultants (Pty) Ltd, an affiliate under the common control of Prof. Alemaw, is disclosed as a related party; it holds no shares in the Company.
