Prof. Berhanu Fanta Alemaw

Chief Executive Officer and Director

PhD and MSc in Civil Engineering (Water Resources), University of Dar es Salaam; BSc, Addis Ababa University. Registered engineer in Botswana and Tanzania.
More than 30 years in water and infrastructure engineering in eastern and southern Africa; led expert teams on more than nine mine development projects.
Lead expert on more than 25 projects under FIDIC Red and Yellow Book contracts. Founder of Continental Consultants (Pty) Ltd (2001).

Ahmed Nassor Khalifa

Managing Director and Company Secretary

Degree in Business Economics, University of Leeds, United Kingdom (2003).
Managing Director of Abla Estate Developers and Agency Co. Limited since 2018; Chief Operations Officer of Najim and Company Limited (2025), a mining company in Kilindi District.
Own businesses in automotive spare parts (since 2009) and agriculture (since 2021). Leads the Company and its mining programme.

Wyclef Mashauri

Chief Accountant, CPA

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he leads the Company’s accounting, financial reporting and budgeting.

The Board approves material agreements. CVs of directors and key team members, and the project team structure, are available to qualified parties on request. Continental Consultants (Pty) Ltd, an affiliate under the common control of Prof. Alemaw, provides engineering and project-management support and is disclosed as a related party.
